Counting down to D day!

This is my first post in what could be a huge motivating (kick in the butt) I need to stick to my guns!  A little about me; I am 38 years old, I have a 14 year old son and am 8 months pregnant.  I am also close to 300lbs.  This is as much as I have ever weighed in my life.  I know I can't start a diet now but I only have a month to go before I can.  So I'm prepping!

I have a plan!


My plan consists of several different things.  


#1.  Weight Watchers.  I have had success with them before so I am sure I can again!  

#2  Shrinking on a budget meal plan to coincide with WW.  I have been downloading plans for 6 months!
#3  Exercise.  I know this makes me cringe too.  But it's going to have to happen.

The hubs and I have been making changes to how we eat for some time now.   We have cut out fast food almost completely.  Certainly McDonalds, BK etc.  We may have pizza and subs now and again.  We also have made a huge effort to not buy processed foods or foods that contain HFCS (high fructose corn syrup). This has proven difficult but we are doing really well. And lastly, we put in a lot of effort to eat more fruits and veggies each day.   


My first goal is to lose 50 lbs by Jan 1.  I think that is doable!  Especially with a new baby girl to play with and talk for walks!
